Disineer Endoscope Special Multi-enzyme Cleaning Solution

[Main Ingredients] Protease, Amylase, Lipase, Cellulase, etc., together with efficient cleaning agent, corrosion inhibitor, etc.

[Product characteristics]

1. The product can be used for automatic cleaning system and manual cleaning.

2. This product is a multi-enzyme efficient cleaning solution developed according to the Technical Specification for Cleaning and Disinfection of Soft Endoscope (2016 Edition).

3. Adopting unique concentrated multienzyme formula, which can rapidly and effectively decompose various pollutants such as protein, carbohydrate, mucopolysaccharide, various fats and the like, and has excellent organic silicon removal capability.

4. The product has excellent biofilm removal capability.

5. The product has excellent capability to clean metal and plastic.

6. The product is non-corrosive and can be used for all kinds of equipment, appliances to effectively avoid corrosion caused by detergent.

7. The product is foam-less and biodegradable when in use. It can be directly poured into sewers without any pollution to the environment.

[Main purposes]:

Applicable to automatic cleaning system and manual cleaning of various soft and hard endoscopes.

[Usage]

● Cleaning by automatic cleaning machine: Put it directly into the cleaning agent injection tank of the machine and adjust the filling ratio (generally as 1:300), then run the program.

● Ultrasonic cleaning: Take a proper amount of multi-enzyme cleaning solution according to the degree of pollution and pour into the ultrasonic tank, then run the program.

● Manual washing According to different pollution levels, the multi-enzyme cleaning solution is diluted to a dilution of 1:100 to 1:300, the diluted cleaning solution is put into the washing solution to be washed according to corresponding specifications, and after being taken out, the washing solution is washed clean with clear water.

[Note]

1. Multi-enzyme cleaning solution shall not directly contact with skin and mucous membrane. In case of contact, it should be washed with a large amount of running water for more than 10 minutes immediately.

2. Operator should wear gloves and goggles.

3. The multi-enzyme cleaning solution shall not contact with foreign matters such as water before use. It shall be prepared before use and shall not be reused.

4. For cleaning process of soft endoscopes, please refer to the "Technical Specification for Cleaning and Disinfection of Soft Endoscopes". The cleaning solution should be replaced for each endoscope cleaned.

5. The suitable water temperature is 20℃-55℃, and the temperature is lower than 20℃, the soaking time should be prolonged, when the temperature is above 55℃, the enzyme activity will decrease.

6. The bottle cap should be tightened after use each time, and placed in cool and airtight places out of light and heat.
