[Product Description]

  • The Huashengmei series fully automatic endoscope cleaning and disinfection machine is developed based on the WS507-2016 "Technical Specifications for Cleaning and Disinfection of Flexible Endoscopes" issued by the Ministry of Health and the National Health Commission, combined with the actual usage in clinical departments. It meets industry standards GB30689-2014 and GB/T35267-2017 for endoscope cleaning and disinfection devices. The unique structure of the device's tank, with its "island-style" feature, not only facilitates the hanging of flexible endoscopes during cleaning and disinfection but also greatly saves water and various cleaning and disinfecting solutions. The electrical control uses advanced integrated circuits, micro-processing circuits, protective circuits, and LCD displays, making the product structure novel, circuits advanced, high efficiency, low noise, high cleanliness, and good disinfection effect.

 

[Scope of Use]

  • The fully automatic endoscope cleaning and disinfection machine essentially replaces traditional manual cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes by using cleaning agents and disinfectants to automatically control the processes of flushing, cleaning, rinsing, disinfecting, final rinsing, and drying. It allows the endoscope to be fully immersed in the cleaning or disinfecting solution, and a pressurized circulation device pressurizes and circulates the cleaning or disinfecting solution to flush the inner and outer walls of the endoscope channels, finally drying the inner walls of the endoscope channels with a gas drying device to achieve a high level of cleaning and disinfection.

  • Equipped with a full-process fault alarm function, which is intuitively displayed on the screen: disinfectant shortage alarm; cleaning enzyme shortage alarm; alcohol shortage alarm; filter too dirty or water pressure too low or too high alarm; endoscope air leak alarm; drainage blockage alarm; disinfectant tank water level too low alarm.

  • The internal island-style design of the tank saves disinfectant, and the amount of disinfectant added to the disinfectant tank can be adjusted. For different endoscopes, 10 to 12 liters of disinfectant can be freely added, ensuring that endoscopes from different manufacturers can be fully immersed for disinfection. (Double tank can add 20-24L disinfectant)

  • The device is designed with a rotating water inlet spray device that can wash the outer surface of the endoscope from all angles, and the spray rotation speed can be adjusted according to requirements. The spraying can thoroughly solve the problem of the tank cover not being able to be cleaned and disinfected according to the cleaning and disinfection steps.

  • Using a three-channel cleaning and disinfection method, with full perfusion and aeration, ensuring no dead angles in cleaning and disinfection. The high polymer material transparent plastic cover not only allows clear observation of the cleaning and disinfection situation but also eliminates the risk of traditional tempered glass doors shattering, ensuring the safety of the personnel.

  • The entire machine's workflow, step transitions, and working time are displayed on the LCD screen for easy observation by operators. The device's operation interface is a 7-inch color capacitive touch screen (10 inches for double tanks), and the device has ≥12 operation modes built-in, including routine cleaning and disinfection, early disinfection, late disinfection, and positive patient disinfection, facilitating clinical switching based on actual use.
